The wine was aged for 24 months in subtle French oak barriques of which 33% were new and was bottled unfined, unfiltered and unadulterated. The wine was then left to mature for a further year in bottle prior to release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eElegant, structured and with great complexity, this wire delines the greatness of Cabernet Sauvignon and the Margaret River region.
