Fifteen hectares across Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin, now run by their daughters Florence and Karine with Sebastien Caillat on winemaking, and noticeably sharper since 2021: picking into small baskets, sorting tables, gravity in place of pumping. The village blanc is a hectare blended from Les Houilleres, Les Essarts, Les Pierres and Les Champs de Morgeot, east to south-east on limestone marl, from vines planted between 1975 and 1986.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eAlmost colourless. Light fresh apples on the nose. A little riper behind, and some oak playing round at the edges.
