Collection: Rockford

Rockford is a Barossa institution, established by Robert O'Callaghan in 1984 with a clear focus on old dry-grown vines and traditional winemaking methods. The estate sources fruit from some of the Barossa Valley's most significant old plantings, including Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvedre vines that date back well over a century.

The Basket Press Shiraz is Rockford's most celebrated wine - made from old-vine Barossa fruit and fermented in open vats before basket pressing, it is a wine of considerable depth and longevity. Production across the range is deliberately small, and demand consistently exceeds availability for the most sought-after labels.
