Collection: Provence

Provence is France's oldest wine region and the world's leading source of dry rose. The region's Mediterranean climate, diverse soils and mix of indigenous varieties - Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Syrah and Rolle - produce roses of genuine complexity and food-friendly structure that bear little resemblance to the sweet pink wines the category was once associated with.

This collection draws from Provence's most respected estates, with a focus on producers who treat rose with the same seriousness as red or white wine. The best examples reward a year or two of cellaring and pair as well with roasted fish and Mediterranean food as any serious white.
