Collection: Grand Cru Burgundy

Comte Georges de Vogue Musigny, Le Montrachet from Domaine Thenard and Bouchard, Batard-Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne and Raveneau Chablis: Grand Cru Burgundy in red and white, with current releases, mature bottles from 2000 onwards and some magnums.

Grand Cru is the highest tier of Burgundy's vineyard classification. These few dozen sites account for a small share of the region's production and give its most complete and long-lived wines. Most of the red Grand Crus lie in the Cote de Nuits, from Chambertin to Echezeaux, while the great whites centre on Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne. Chablis has a single Grand Cru hillside, divided into seven climats.

Among the reds are Comte Georges de Vogue Musigny and Bonnes-Mares, Arnaud Mortet Chambertin Clos de Beze, Prieure Roch, Robert Arnoux Echezeaux and Nicole Lamarche La Grande Rue. The whites include Le Montrachet from Domaine Thenard and Bouchard Pere et Fils, Batard-Montrachet from Pernot-Belicard and Morey-Coffinet, Corton-Charlemagne from Domaine Rapet, and Chablis Grand Cru from Francois Raveneau and William Fevre. Older bottles from 2000 to 2010 are held in small numbers. Several are available in magnum and larger formats.
