Collection: Ayala Champagne

Champagne Ayala was founded in 1860 in Aÿ and is known for a clean, Chardonnay-led style built around freshness, finesse and low dosage. The house sits within the Bollinger family of Champagne producers, but the wines have their own lighter and more precise character.

The current Lamont's collection is not showing active products, so this page is best kept as producer-focused copy until the next Ayala wines are listed. When available, these Champagnes are well suited to customers who prefer brightness and detail over richness or weight.
