Every wine in The Private Cellar was bought on release by the original owner and has been perfectly cellared from release until now. Every bottle has been hand checked by the Lamont's team before being offered.
The cellar is offered through Lamont's Cellar Cases and, alongside them, individual bottles from the remaining collection. Prices are shown per case or per bottle, inclusive of GST.
Questions
What is in a case?
Exactly what the case page lists: each wine, vintage, bottle size and the number of bottles. Each is sold as one complete case.
Does a request secure the wine?
A request places you in the queue in the order received. We confirm availability by email, usually within one business day, and nothing is charged until then.
How many of each case are there?
Most cases exist in small numbers and many are one set only. We confirm what is available when we confirm your request.
Collection, delivery and freight
Collect from Lamont's Cottesloe, 12 Station Street. Free local delivery to City Beach, Claremont, Cottesloe, Dalkeith, Mosman Park, Nedlands, Mount Claremont, North Fremantle and Swanbourne. Insured, temperature-controlled freight Australia-wide: $15 a dozen within WA, $25 a dozen interstate.
Can I buy individual bottles?
Yes. The remaining collection is available bottle by bottle under Individual Bottles, and bottles and cases can go in the same request.
