Collection: Chablis - Burgundy

Chablis is the northern Burgundian home of Chardonnay, known for wines with citrus, saline detail, firm acidity and a more restrained frame than richer white Burgundy. The current Lamont's collection has good breadth, with wines from William Fèvre, Sébastien Dampt, Domaine Mosnier and François Raveneau.

The range covers current-release drinking through to more serious and cellared bottles, making it useful for both the table and the cellar. Chablis is especially strong with oysters, shellfish, white fish, roast chicken and dishes where freshness matters more than oak weight.
