2018 Chablis Vintage Overview:
2018 was a generous, sunny, early, high-yielding Chablis vintage that brought relief after two short crops. The best wines are excellent: ripe yet fresh, expressive, and often beautifully balanced, especially from careful producers and stronger terroirs. The broader vintage is less uniformly classic than cooler benchmark years, but it offers plenty of successful, drinkable wines and some outstanding bottles at Premier Cru and Grand Cru level.
