Rose Champagne is made either by blending a little still Pinot Noir into the white base or by a short maceration on skins, and the best combine red-fruit depth with the freshness of the region. The range includes Krug Rose, Dom Perignon Rose, Billecart-Salmon Cuvee Elisabeth Salmon across several vintages, Laurent-Perrier Alexandra, Piper-Heidsieck Rare Rose and Bollinger La Grande Annee Rose, alongside grower wines and magnums.
