Billecart-Salmon is a family Champagne house founded in 1818, known for a fine, composed style with freshness and balance at the centre. The current Lamont's collection has good breadth, from NV Brut Reserve and Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru through to vintage Elisabeth-Salmon Rosé, Cuvée Louis Blanc de Blancs and Nicolas François in magnum.

This is a useful Champagne collection for customers who prefer elegance over weight. The NV wines are well suited to drinking now, while the vintage rosé, blanc de blancs and magnum releases offer more depth for cellaring, gifting or serving with more considered food.
