Lilbert-Fils is a small grower Champagne based in Cramant on the Côte des Blancs, producing blanc de blancs with chalky precision, fine bubbles and a focused Chardonnay sensibility.

The wines work as elegant aperitif Champagne and partner oysters, scallops, sushi and lighter seafood. The vintage bottles reward modest cellaring.
