Taittinger is a Reims-based Champagne house with a Chardonnay-led style, producing wines marked by freshness, elegance and refinement rather than weight. The Comtes de Champagne is the prestige cuvée.

The wines work as aperitif Champagne and partner oysters, scallops, sushi and lighter seafood. The vintage and Comtes bottles reward proper cellaring.
