Vilmart & Cie Champagne

Vilmart & Cie is one of Champagne's most respected grower houses, based in Rilly-la-Montagne. The wines are Chardonnay-led, with vinous texture, freshness and the depth that comes from careful viticulture and oak handling.

The wines work as serious table Champagne, partnering oysters, scallops, lobster and lighter poultry. The Coeur de Cuvée and Grand Cellier d'Or reward proper cellaring.
