André Clouet is a grower Champagne based in Bouzy, producing Pinot Noir-led wines that show generosity, savoury depth and the firmer house style customers associate with this Grand Cru village.

The wines work as serious Champagne for the table rather than aperitif - try them with roast poultry, richer seafood, soft cheeses and lighter game. Several cuvées reward proper cellaring.
