Egly-Ouriet is one of Champagne's most sought-after grower estates, with Pinot Noir-led wines from Ambonnay and surrounding villages. Low dosage, long lees ageing and careful vineyard work produce wines of real depth, savoury complexity and individual character.

These work as serious table Champagnes - partner with roast poultry, richer seafood, lighter game and aged cheeses. The vintage cuvées reward proper cellaring.
