Coteaux Champenois is the appellation for the still wines of Champagne, and no producer has done more to prove their worth than Egly-Ouriet, the Ambonnay grower regarded by many as the region's finest. The 2023 Egly-Ouriet Coteaux Champenois Pinot Noir comes from the same Grand Cru Pinot Noir vineyards that feed the estate's celebrated Champagnes, vinified as a red wine in the Burgundian manner.
