Riesling

Australia is well represented with benchmark producers such as Grosset, Pewsey Vale, Penfolds and Pooley, offering wines from cooler climates like Clare Valley, Eden Valley, Great Southern and Tasmania that feature citrus, lime and saline notes with taut acidity. New Zealand producer Felton Road brings a cool-climate perspective with focused fruit and layered acidity.
