Domaines Ott

Domaines Ott is the most prestigious producer in Provence, farming three separate estates - Chateau de Selle, Clos Mireille and Chateau Romassan - across the region's finest terroirs. Founded by Marcel Ott in 1912 and now part of the Champagne Louis Roederer group, the domaines have maintained a consistent approach to Provence rose that prioritises structure and longevity over immediate freshness.

The wines are recognisable by their distinctive bottle shape and are vinified with the same attention to detail as serious red wine. Chateau de Selle and Clos Mireille are the flagship expressions - Grenache and Cinsault-dominant blends of genuine complexity that reward a year or two of cellaring and pair as well with food as with any serious white wine.
