Vietti is one of Piedmont's benchmark producers, and the current Lamont's collection is tightly focused on 2020 Barolo. The range includes Ravera, Brunate La Morra and Castiglione in half bottle, giving customers a useful look at Nebbiolo from both serious single-site bottlings and a more accessible format.

These are wines for customers who enjoy structure, perfume and slow development rather than immediate softness. Expect rose, cherry, liquorice, savoury spice and firm tannin, with the Ravera and Brunate better suited to cellaring and the Castiglione half bottle a more practical way to open Barolo at the table.
