Luciano Sandrone

Luciano Sandrone is one of Barolo's most revered names, founded in 1978 after Luciano Sandrone acquired a parcel on the famed Cannubi hill and made his first wines in a small family garage. Bridging traditional and modern methods, the estate built an international reputation for polished, aromatic and age-worthy Nebbiolo before Luciano's passing in 2023.

Its Barolos lead the range: Le Vigne, blended across several vineyard sites, and Aleste, the single-cru wine from Cannubi Boschis (renamed from the 2013 vintage). Both are benchmarks of the appellation.
