Collection: Legras & Haas Champagne

Producer Overview
Legras & Haas is a family-owned grower Champagne house based in Chouilly Grand Cru, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Founded in 1991, the estate is now run by three brothers - Rémi, Olivier and Jérôme Legras - who oversee every step from vineyard to bottle.

The house is best known for its Chardonnay-driven Champagnes, drawing primarily from a mosaic of Grand Cru parcels in Chouilly. This patchwork of vineyard sites allows Legras & Haas to express multiple interpretations of Blanc de Blancs - from pure, mineral and citrus-led styles through to more layered, reserve-driven cuvées with extended ageing.

Precision, balance and site expression sit at the core of the Legras & Haas philosophy. Their wines are quietly confident, favouring clarity and texture over excess, and have become increasingly recognised by critics for their purity and finesse.

A benchmark Côte des Blancs producer for lovers of Blanc de Blancs with clarity, finesse and genuine Grand Cru pedigree.
