Bois Moze

Domaine de Bois Mozé is an organic estate at Coutures in Anjou, in the Loire Valley, set on a historic property with buildings dating to the eleventh century. Mathilde Giraudet has led the domaine and its winemaking since 2004, farming its clay-limestone slopes without synthetic inputs.

The estate's Crémant de Loire Brut is a traditional-method sparkling made entirely from Chenin Blanc and aged on lees — fresh, mineral and citrus-driven, a characterful and well-priced Loire fizz.
