Clarendon Hills is a McLaren Vale producer focused on powerful, low-yielding single-vineyard reds - particularly old-vine Grenache and Syrah from the Clarendon district. The wines lean into depth and structure rather than easy drinking.

They partner aged beef, venison, slow-cooked lamb and rich game dishes, and reward proper cellaring of a decade or more. Decanting helps the younger releases.
