This special wine is a barrel selection of the best balches of Cabernet, all of which were hand harvested and fermented with wild vineyard yeasts, hand plunged and gently basket pressed. The wine was aged for 24 months in subtle French oak barriques of which 33% were new and was bottled unfined, unfiltered and unadulterated. The wine was then left to mature for a further year in bottle prior to release.

Elegant, structured and with great complexity, this wire delines the greatness of Cabernet Sauvignon and the Margaret River region. Whilst drinking well upon release it will reward cellaring for 20+ years.
