2022 Comte Georges de Vogue Chambolle-Musigny

Critic Reviews
94 Points - James Suckling
“This marries the floral delicacy of Chambolle-Musigny with deep aromas of sour cherries and forest berries. Excellent concentration and energy on the medium-bodied palate for a village wine, the fine tannins building to a serious crescendo at the finish, yet everything remains fine and polished. Drink or hold.”
89 Points - William Kelley, Wine Advocate
“The 2022 Chambolle-Musigny Village includes the domaine's holdings in Fuees and Baudes, and it was bottled after a relatively short elevage. Offering up aromas of dark berries, raspberries, cassis bud and smoked meats, it's medium-bodied, supple and charming, with melting tannins and a saline, slightly carnal finish.”
87 Points - Neal Martin, Vinous
“The 2022 Chambolle-Musigny Village had been bottled to catch the fruit expression. With blackcurrant, raspberry coulis, and light iris flowers on the nose, the oak will need a few months to fully integrate. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit and touches of blueberry, quite compact towards the finish. It needs time to "stretch its arms."”
