97 Points - Ray Jordan
Immediately strikes with the greater intensity and more focused precision which is part of the linear structure of this wine. It’s deeply complex already with a minerally, and slightly citrus and savoury combination. That heightened chalky minerality really says chardonnay at the highest level. There is power and drive here, yet it’s delivered with such sophisticated elegance. This is a tremendously promising wine. It is in the modern linear finer style.

96 Points, Stuart Knoxx, The Real Review
Pale lemon, shiny and bright in the glass. Lemon zest, cashew nut and oyster shell aromas. Tight and powerful, high intensity of citrus fruit at the core, bound by a searing acidity that will take time to loosen its grip. Hint of oyster salinity adds contrast and it lingers forever on the palate. Don’t rush to drink this just yet, it’ll last many years into the future.

96 Points - James Suckling
So much going on here, from hazelnuts, lemon curd, salted caramel and baked apples to toasted brioche on the nose. It’s full-bodied, buttery and delicious, with lively, bright acidity. Intense. I like the salty caramel undertones on the long and sophisticated finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap

96 Points, Cassandra Charlick, Decanter
From a single 100% Gingin vineyard. Tightly wound – deserves time to show its true colours. Silvery, fine and silky; a wine for Chablis fans. River pebble minerality, crushed blanched almond and toasty oak laced with spice. Citrus fruit, lemon pith and pip, white peach crunch and a lick of flint. Lovely purity of fruit among the oak toast. Plenty of energy.

95 Points, Jane Faulkner, Halliday's Wine Companion
Never a wallflower, but this vintage, it’s a powerhouse. The usual good fruit in the midst, but lots of spicy, cedary oak to the fore; all will settle in time. Full bodied, richly flavoured, yet the palate is energised by electrifying acidity. And it finishes long and precise.

94 Points, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
This is a tight and coiled-up example of Margaret River Chardonnay. Grapefruit and white peach, spicy cedar oak. It has quite some zip, some sour green apple in with citrus, plenty of flinty grip, and finishes with excellent length. There’s not a heap of flavour here at present, though these wines do need a few years to come out of their shell.
