2023 Vincent Dancer Pommard 1er Cru Les Pezerolles

Vincent Dancer is one of the quiet stars of the Cote de Beaune, a Chassagne-based grower whose small production and purist, low-intervention approach have earned him a devoted following for both whites and reds. Les Pezerolles is a Pommard Premier Cru on the Beaune side of the village, a site known for giving the finest, most perfumed and least rustic expression of an appellation often associated with muscle. The 2023 Vincent Dancer Pommard 1er Cru Les Pezerolles earned 92 points from William Kelley (Wine Advocate), who found it pretty and pure, and noted it was matured entirely in ceramic vessels this year.
