Fermoy Estate is a long-established Margaret River producer with holdings focused on Cabernet, Merlot and Chardonnay. The wines show classical regional structure rather than overripe fruit weight.
The reds partner lamb, beef and slow-cooked dishes; the Chardonnay suits seafood and roast chicken. The Reserve bottles reward proper cellar time.
