Dessert wines represent some of the most complex and age-worthy bottles produced anywhere in the world. Botrytis-affected wines from Sauternes, late harvest Riesling from Germany and Austria, and Australian botrytised Semillon all share the ability to age over decades, developing layers of dried fruit, honey and oxidative complexity that can outlast many red wines.

This collection includes bottles from the full spectrum of sweet wine styles - from the great estates of Sauternes to domestic examples of botrytised Semillon and Riesling. The best of these wines are as serious as any dry red or white in the cellar and deserve to be treated accordingly.
