Critic Quotes & Producer Overview:

“Domaine Dujac is indisputably at the top of its game.”

- Decanter

“One of the very finest estates in Burgundy, the wines are among the most elegant, complex and flavorful in the Côte d’Or.”
The Wine Advocate / Robert Parker

Founded in 1967 by Jacques Seysses, Dujac helped shape the modern landscape of Burgundy’s independent producers with a focus on expression, elegance and meticulous vineyard work

17/20 Points, Jancis Robinson
Mid lemon. Apple, lemon, white flowers and blossom. Medium-bodied with well-judged oak and not too much richness. Quite mineral with moderately high, zesty acidity. (MH)

90–92 Points, Jasper Morris (Inside Burgundy)
Mid lemon yellow with a light green tint. Leaner fruit on the nose, yet ripe enough on the palate, a bit buttery at the finish even, after some brisk citrus and orchard fruit up front. Medium length. Drink from 2028–2031. Tasted Nov 2024.

Vineyard Notes – Les Folatières Premier Cru
The Premier Cru Les Folatières is located on the westward slope of the village of Puligny-Montrachet, with an average gradient of 10%, at an altitude between 250 and 272 metres, and an orientation towards the southeast. The soil is brown-red in colour, 40–60 centimetres deep, and very rich in angular white limestone rocks. The subsoil is composed of compact limestone that crumbles into thick slabs, historically quarried as “Pierre de Chassagne” (Stone of Chassagne).
