Domaine Dujac is one of Burgundy's most highly regarded estates, based in Morey-Saint-Denis and known for fragrant Pinot Noir made with significant whole-bunch fermentation. The Grand Cru bottlings are among the most sought-after Côte de Nuits wines.

Pair with duck, roast pork, mushroom dishes and aged hard cheeses. The wines reward proper cellaring and benefit from a careful decant when young.
