2014 House of Arras Blanc de Blancs

Critic Reviews
95 Points - Wine Enthusiast, Wine Enthusiast
“Showing the lovely lemony vibrancy typical to Chardonnay in Tasmania's cool climate, this is bright, citrusy and, at first, stiff, but equally, it's rich and lactic, like peaches and cream, with white pepper, toast and flint tucked beneath. It's wonderfully fresh and youthful with tight, fine, long-lasting beads of bubbles, a creamy mousse and pulsing lemony acidity through to the long finish. Arguably the most austere wine in the Arras line up but it is a cracker nonetheless.”
