Collection: Museum & Cellared Wines

Museum and cellared wines offer the opportunity to drink bottles with time already on their side. This collection focuses on older vintages that have been stored under controlled conditions and selected for their ability to age reliably. These are wines released after extended cellaring or held back to allow flavours, texture and structure to settle into balance.

With age, red wines often move away from primary fruit toward more savoury and layered characters, while tannins soften and integrate. Whites that age well can gain depth and complexity while retaining freshness. Many of the wines in this collection were highly rated on release and have since benefited from additional years in bottle, offering a drinking window that would otherwise take patience and careful storage to reach.
