Cardinale is a Napa Cabernet specialist, producing a single mountain-influenced blend from selected sites across the valley. The wines combine ripe fruit weight, polished tannin and the structure for serious cellaring.
The Cabernet partners aged beef, lamb, venison and rich slow-cooked dishes, and rewards a decade or more of cellaring. Worth decanting when opened.
