Yalumba is Australia's oldest family-owned winery, with a wide range covering Barossa Shiraz, Cabernet, Eden Valley Viognier and other regional styles. The Caley, Octavius and Signature are the flagship reds.
The reds partner lamb, beef and game; the Viognier and other whites work with poultry and richer seafood. The top bottles reward proper cellar time.
