Bekkers is a McLaren Vale producer focused on Grenache and Syrah, with wines that lean into perfume, polish and savoury depth rather than overt ripeness. The bottlings are made in small volumes from selected sites.
The Grenache suits duck, charcuterie and grilled lamb; the Syrah partners beef, hearty stews and rich game. The wines drink well on release and reward modest cellaring.
