Chantal Remy is a small Burgundy producer working sites in and around Morey-Saint-Denis, making Pinot Noir with village-level detail, savoury red fruit and a hands-on, traditional sensibility.
The wines partner duck, roast pork, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses, and suit customers after small-grower red Burgundy with proper village character. Modest cellaring rewards the better bottles.
