E. Pira e Figli is a small Barolo producer led by Chiara Boschis, with holdings in the highly regarded Cannubi vineyard. The wines combine Nebbiolo perfume, fine tannin and the cellar focus customers expect from a top Barolo estate.
Pair with roast beef, game, truffle dishes and hard Italian cheeses. The wines reward ten to twenty years of cellaring and benefit from a long decant when young.
