Forest Hill is one of Western Australia's oldest vineyards, based in Mount Barker within the Great Southern. The estate makes Riesling, Chardonnay and reds with the cool-climate freshness and fine structure the region is known for.
The Riesling suits seafood, Asian dishes and aperitif drinking; the Chardonnay partners poultry; the reds work with lamb and grilled meats. The top bottles offer real cellar interest.
