Kilikanoon is a Clare Valley producer making Riesling and reds with regional depth, spice and the firm definition the area is known for. Shiraz, Cabernet and aged Riesling are particular strengths.
The Riesling partners seafood and Asian dishes; the reds suit lamb, beef and slow-cooked meals. Both reward modest cellaring, with the top Rieslings ageing remarkably well.
