Albert Bichot is a long-established Beaune négociant with sizeable vineyard holdings across Burgundy, producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir across a broad sweep of appellations from regional through to Grand Cru.

The whites suit roast chicken, richer seafood and cream-based dishes; the reds partner duck, lamb, game and aged cheeses. The range covers everyday drinking through to wines worth proper cellar time.
