Collection: Barossa and Eden Valley

The Barossa Valley and Eden Valley sit side by side in South Australia but produce wines of quite different character. The Barossa floor is warm and dry, home to some of Australia's oldest Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvedre vines - producing wines of depth, concentration and warmth. The Eden Valley rises steeply to the east, its cooler temperatures and thin soils producing Riesling and Shiraz of a more restrained and elegant style.

Together the two regions represent the full range of the Barossa's winemaking ambition, from the power of old-vine Basket Press Shiraz to the precision of Eden Valley Riesling built for decades of cellaring. Producers in this collection include Henschke, Rockford, Torbreck, Standish and Elderton, among others.
