About Castle Rock Estate
When available, Castle Rock is a useful producer for customers who like precise, cool-climate whites with citrus, acidity and ageing potential. The region's altitude and granite soils give the wines line and freshness, making them strong matches for seafood, lighter poultry and spicy dishes.
