Jonata

Jonata is a Santa Barbara estate making serious reds with a crossover Bordeaux-Rhône feel - Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot and other varieties grown on sandy soils. The wines combine depth, fine tannin and the structure for cellaring.

Pair with aged beef, lamb, venison and rich game dishes, and decant the younger releases. The top bottles reward a decade or more in the cellar.
