Prieuré Roch is a small Burgundy estate making distinctive Pinot Noir with whole-bunch perfume, a natural-wine leaning and a hands-off sensibility. The wines have developed a strong following among Burgundy collectors.

Pair with duck, lamb, mushroom dishes and aged cheeses. The wines reward modest cellaring and benefit from a careful decant.
