Collection: Sparkling & Champagne!

Champagne and sparkling wines made using traditional bottle fermentation, selected for proven quality and established styles. Champagne comes exclusively from northern France and is produced under strict regulations governing grape varieties, ageing and production. The result is wines with fine bubbles, firm acidity and a consistent house character. The selection includes well-known Champagne producers such as Krug, Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot and Dom Pérignon, Louis Roederer, Charles Heidsieck, Billecart-Salmon, Bollinger, and many more... representing both non-vintage and vintage expressions.

Alongside Champagne, the range extends to traditionally made sparkling wines from around the world, including Australia and Italy. This includes Franciacorta, Italy’s most recognised traditional-method sparkling wine, known for longer ageing requirements and a focus on structure rather than sweetness. These wines offer clear stylistic alternatives to Champagne, from fresh, dry styles to more developed examples with time on lees, while maintaining balance and food suitability.
