Château Coutet is a leading Barsac estate producing sweet wines from Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The style is fresher and more lifted than the richer Sauternes, with botrytised honey, citrus and bright acidity.

Pair with blue cheese, foie gras, fruit-based desserts and stone fruit tarts, or serve chilled at the end of a meal. The wines age for decades and reward proper cellaring.
