Collection: Dhillon

Dhillon is the second label of Michael Dhillon, vigneron of the acclaimed Bindi estate in the Macedon Ranges. It gathers the wines he makes beyond the home vineyard, drawing on fruit from the granite soils of the Glenhope vineyard in the northern Macedon Ranges and the Col Mountain site in Heathcote, made in small parcels as time and inspiration allow.

The range spans the textural Glenhope Chardonnay and Riesling, a fresh, dry Col Mountain Rosé and an approachable Merlot and Friends red blend. The wines carry the same thoughtful, cool-climate sensibility as Bindi at a more everyday price.
