Collection: Bindi
Bindi is one of Australia's benchmark cool-climate estates, established in 1988 by the Dhillon family on quartz-rich, high-altitude ground in Victoria's Macedon Ranges. Michael Dhillon has been vigneron since the late 1990s, farming the estate with a meticulous, site-driven approach that has made its tiny production some of the most sought-after in the country.
The estate is best known for its Pinot Noir, led by the celebrated Block 5 (planted 1992) alongside Block 8 and Darshan, and complemented by structured, long-lived Chardonnay. Grown at altitude and made with restraint, the wines are prized for their elegance, precision and capacity to age.
